everwished is currently a founder-led problem-solving studio: one accountable centre, a collection of working products and propositions, and collaborators brought in around specific work.

Ian Barrs leads the work across research, systems, product direction, implementation and communication. Every public project should make its relationship to everwished and its current state visible.
Where a brief needs deeper sector, regulated or operational expertise, the right people can be brought in for that work. Their presence is named; their existence is not implied by a grand department label.
The wider ambition
A networked practice in time.
The longer-term idea is a network of independent specialists and operators sharing useful infrastructure, standards and opportunity while responsibility and reward stay attached to the people doing the work.
An honest boundary
That is a direction of travel, not a claim about today's team. For now, partnerships form around a specific product, service or pilot, with the role and relationship written down.
