everwished is founder-led today. The intention is to widen the circle around real work without implying a team that does not yet exist.

Ian leads everwished across research, systems, product direction, implementation and communication. His useful habit is spotting the real problem underneath the stated one and keeping the technical, operational, commercial and human consequences in the same picture.

That breadth is not a claim to be every specialist. It is the reason a brief can be understood as a whole before the right deeper expertise is brought in.

Independent specialists

Technical, sector, regulated and creative expertise brought in when the work genuinely needs it, with the specialist's role visible.

Operators and market partners

People or organisations able to pilot, distribute or operate a product beyond the point a working prototype can reach alone.

Admin and coordination

The work that keeps delivery coherent, documented and responsive—treated as skilled capacity rather than invisible support.

Flexible contributors

Carers, returners, neurodivergent specialists, independents and part-time experts should be able to contribute without being designed out by default working patterns.

The thing: A named product, service, pilot or outcome—not a vague invitation to join a movement.
The role: What each person owns, decides, delivers and hands over.
The boundary: Where responsibility stops, including regulated or specialist matters.
The reward: Fees, upside, credit or other value agreed explicitly rather than left to goodwill.
