everwished is currently led by Ian Barrs, working across research, systems, product direction, implementation and communication. His useful habit is spotting the real problem underneath the stated one and keeping the technical, operational, commercial and human consequences in the same picture.
That breadth is not a claim to be every specialist. Where work needs deeper sector, regulated or operational expertise, everwished brings the right people into the work and keeps their role visible.
Where this can go
A studio now. A networked practice in time.
The longer-term idea is a network of independent specialists and operators sharing useful infrastructure, standards and opportunity while responsibility and reward stay attached to the people doing the work. That is a direction of travel, not a claim about today's team.
Separate brands stay separate
charIT, LensCraft and Buslane have distinct public faces because they speak to different audiences. Related ventures are not automatically everwished departments; every relationship should be named plainly.
